FAQ: What is the format and structure for this course?
After you join, you get immediate access to Module 1. Additional content is released on a weekly basis. The entire program is offered on-demand, so you can go at your own pace and complete the modules whenever and wherever works best for you.
We recommend that you follow the weekly schedule. However, if you fall behind or need to slow down at any point, that is fine. You have access to your private online portal for 12 months after your sign-up date.
On average, each module includes a short introductory video (about 1 minute long), in addition to two training videos, which are generally about 15 minutes each. Many of the modules also have bonus reports that go deeper than the training videos. These bonus reports are intended to deepen your knowledge and help you get even better results. Each module also includes worksheets with recommended activities to help you take action throughout the course.
For any given module, we recommend that you watch the videos first, then read any reports included with the module, and then complete the worksheets and recommended action steps before moving on to the next module.
FAQ: I’m having trouble playing the videos. What should I do?
All videos have been tested using a variety of browsers, devices, and platforms. The problem is most likely on your end. You might want to try re-starting your computer, checking your internet connection, or using a different web browser.
FAQ: I’m having trouble viewing the PDF documents. What should I do?
The documents are in PDF format, so you need Adobe Reader to view them. To download Adobe Reader, go here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
FAQ: How do I change my password or settings for my account?
Click on your avatar in the upper-right hand corner of your page and then select “Settings.” That will allow you to change your name, email, time zone, settings, or password. Remember to save any changes that you make to your settings.
